helpful staff spacious room great view faulty air con window issue extreme heat
The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that our room was spacious. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location and view was also great.
The air con didn't work. The window would not open, so the room became sweltering.

comfortable bed short walk
the room included bathrobes and slippers that was thoughtful the train station is a short walk away from the hotel. the bed was comfortable the room was spacious. Breakfast offered several choices from a menu.

convenient location stocked fridge friendly staff useful fridge
The location is convenient, right by kings cross station. this made getting around very simple. the room i had included a fridge stocked with various treats. A nice surprise. the reception staff were friendly and always ready to help. i also found the fridge useful.
the room decoration was a little too funky for my taste.

underwhelming stay near kings cross
small suite uninspired minibar
the location was convenient for transportation, as it was very close to the station.
I was pretty disappointed with my room. i booked a suite, but it felt quite small. also, the minibar selection was sparse and uninspired. I expected more for the price.
